Dental Delivery Solutions

For over 15 years, we at DDS have been delivering dental chairs, X-Rays, furniture, stools and surgery supplies and equipment to dealers, their warehouses and direct to surgeries across the UK.

We understand the products we're delivering. We know that they are heavy, awkward, fragile and valuable!

We appreciate the inconvenience installing a new chair has on the surgery and how pressured the engineers are to complete the installation within the time frames agreed with your customer.

 

Our VIP Solutions  gives you various options. The Basic Service sees us get your delivery direct to your required delivery address next working day* whilst with VIP Plus delivery is made before 10.30am*  - meaning the engineer spends more time installing the item rather than sitting around waiting for it to be delivered. Need it even earlier or within a specific time window? We can do that too! The VIP Premium solution sees us make the delivery where you want it when you want it.*

Need an old unit sent back to your warehouse or storage facility? A Return*? Sure! No problem! we can help with that too.

How about a Sameday* solution to help rectify errors or replace faulty or incorrect items - Sure - that's not a issue! 

Whatever your requirement is, we're confident we have a  Dental Delivery Solution  to suit you.

Our Services

Basic Service

Our Basic Service sees us delivering chairs, units, upholsteries, X-rays, cabinets, accessories etc etc direct to your warehouse, showroom or surgery installation site. 

We will collect from you or your supplier on your behalf on Day 1 for delivery Day 2.

VIP Plus

 VIP Plus  gives you the same first class service levels of our basic service with the added benefit of having your item delivered on Day 2 before 10.30am. This means, you know that by mid morning that  your engineers have the equipment they need or your warehouse team have the items on site.

VIP Premium

Is  a 10.30am delivery to late for you or do you have specific time slots you need to meet? If so then our VIP Premium service is for you. Let us know where it has to be and by what time and we'll work with you to ensure your requirements are met.

Returns

Returns are requested for a number of reasons. Perhaps an item is  faulty and needs swapping out, a wrongly sent item sending back to the supplier, or a well used item is no longer fit for purpose and needs scrapping - what ever your reason we can help.

Sameday

When DDS started back in 1995 it's main offering was that of a Sameday solution so it's second nature to us. A spare part in one location and your engineer in another? We can help. An item missed off an order that's needed today. We can help with that too. Correction of a damaged or wrongly sent item. Absolutly!

Our Fleet

Our range of vehicles can carry weights upto 1.2 tonnes, lengths upto 4 meters long and pallets upto 6ft high. 

So we are aware of any incidents or delays that occur on route all vehicles are fitted with the latest tracking software.

Should we hit a major delay or incident that is going to affect your promised delivery window, we will call you  and make you aware.
